    That is the RAM.

    That's the laptop

Thing is...I need to send in that rebate for the ram in 12 DAYS! I ordered it today, thr 18th, so I need to send it before the 30th of July! BUT MY LAPTOP probably won't even be here then! It ships on the 28th!

I know I know.. I should have waited... But I didn't want them to pull out the deal or run out of stock.. Either way even at 79.99 its cheaper than stores and plus the gas prices make up for 7 buck shipping chargers.

Any confirmation that that ram will be okay? That laptop uses pennyrn/ montevina Intel cpu and I read some review on newegg saying that it didnt work on their pennyrn based laptop...but others had no issues... URGH! Help!

    thanks

All DDR2 SO-DIMM's are the same form size/pins. DDR2 SO tells you pin layout and size Small Outline.

I have that same ram kit in my lenovo T61 with integrated quadro nvs 140 and I get 3072mb of memory showing up with Vista Ultimate 32 bit. It is a school laptop so I cant upgrade to SP1, from which I hear solves the memory recognition problem. Basically it would only show 2gb of memory in the Operating system even though their was more installed.

It was a good set up ram, however I forgot to send in a copy of my newegg receipt thing, so I had to send the rebate in later, I still havent gotten the rebate money back, so I should probably email them, it has been a month or so.

Just remember to send in the UPC and a photocopy of the invoice.
