I bought a HP Refurb and I'm trying to see if this is normal or not, I've owned it for like a month, used it like 5 - 8 times since I bought it and charged it from 20 - 30 to full like 5 times.

I can't tell if this is normal or fast degradation for the max capacity of the laptop, it's a Envy 13 with 8550u and mx150 if that has any context

Battery degradation is normal. And what you've reported is just a tad over a 1% loss of capacity.

I cannot say if that is normal wear on for your battery type or not, but if you use the search button ( top right corner ), search for [ "battery degradation" ] (without square brackets), you may find some research and real world experiences that may help you determine the state of your current battery.
