I have a LW60, and my laptop usually sits at home, plugged in. but i never take the battery out.

a few days ago, i wanted to use it without the AC, and my laptop wouldnt turn on. this was the first time, since i used to use my comp at school while runing on batts.

not my battery light is flickering, my comp doesnt recognize the battery and when i go to my display options and go to power settings, it says my battery is "discharging"

    what is going on?????

Sounds like the battery is fried like I said. If that is not the problem could be much worse. Sorry!
