AS5 takes a while to burn in. Think it might be a couple of days or hours before it really takes effect.

    Read this.

is it normal for it to hit 75C when stress testing(Prime95 v25.6)? cause thats what i'm getting from "CPUID Hardware Monitor". Thanks again

Thats normal for a stress test on that processor. 90% of the time your system will not be running under full cpu load, so your temperatures will be much lower.
I would stop the test if the temps rise above 80C.

If you want to get lower temperatures, I advise downloading CPU RIghtmark or Notebook Hardware Control, and undervolt your processor. (Undervolting does not affect the performance of your chip at all - only cuts heat output)
There is a guide to undervolting here on NBR.
You will notice much lower cpu temps. Approximately 10C.
