Hi,
I have an Asus A8Js that has room for another 1GB of PC-5300 RAM. I have a Best Buy $200 gift card and thought I could pick up some RAM for it there but looks like the only RAM they havge is K-byte:

IS K-Byte any good for RAM and will it will work with my current stick (which I believe is OCZ) ?
cheers

That should work fine.

Mystery RAM from BB with no specs (at least I can't find the RAM timings) and overpriced? No thanks.

Yup, it seems pricy and if I had the choice I'd probably pickup OCZ or Corsair but alas my gift card is for Best Buy and all they have is K-byte and the only thing I really can think to buy from a computer store right now is RAM. So looks like I'll probably grab it as long as there are no horror stories and it works fine with my notebook.
thanks for the help
K-byte RAM any good for my Asus laptop ?
