Hello!!! In about 3-6 months I think re-open the cooling chamber in my ASUS G513QY laptop to repaste my CPU and GPU. When I will do it, will have to redo K5 PRO which I used on my VRM and VRAM silicones? Thank you!

Paste is paste and pads are pads. Pads should be fine if you release the heat sink slowly.
As to the paste I switched to a graphite pad on my laptop and it's working great w/o the mess of cleaning / reapplying in the future.

I've been using these on my server for a couple of years now and idle @ 75F and under load 100F maybe 130F for an extended load.
Laptop on performance mode idle ~50-60C CPU / 50C GPU and under load 80C CPU / 80 GPU max. If I kick to silent mode they both drop to 40C. -
Yes, you will need to reapply liquid thermal pads, but K5 Pro isnt best option, best are Laird.

Any links, recommendations for Laird?

Laird are best solution, but really expensive.dmanti and tilleroftheearth like this. -

K5 is just fine for your VRM and VRAM. I would replace it because it's easy and will ensure that there are no gaps from opening it up.
K5 has a "higher" conductivity than the first Laird link (not that I really trust it), unless there is some extensive testing I would just stick with it. -

Though, that'd probably also form cracks/voids, which wouldn't be good. -
As I been informed up to 1mm K5 Pro is good.
Above it better go thermal pads. -

The original formula for K5 Pro worked better for me in the long run than the current (second) K5 Pro formula. Some of my gaps are over 1 mm. I am about to replace my K5 Pro with the TG-PP-10 I just received.
