    Hi all,

So I am finally about to upgrade my Toshiba laptop to a Sony Vaio SA.
I am also purchasing the docking station since I prefer having a duel monitor
setup (fell in love with it from work with my Dell + HP monitor).

My question is this-- I have a Windows Home Server that I use for
backup and also as a media server. It does not have a keyboard/etc.
attached to it and usually I just use a KVM switch to switch over to
the server if I need to for whatever reason.

I currently use this switch. My question is- since I plan to connect the
monitor, keyboard, and mouse to the docking station- can I still use my KVM?
I am guessing I'd just connect everything as normal then one connection
going to my docking station and the other to the WHS...right?
Just want to confirm or get ideas for the same type of setup if this won't work :)

I have the same kvm. You shouldn't have any problem since it's usb based which works a lot better than ps/2 when it comes to hot plugging input devices.
