Okay so i was wondering if any problems would arise if i used my laptop keyboard for excessive gaming, its already 13 months old and i used to play some fps games on it, nothing too much but now i also use it for fighters like street fighter 4 where i use the same buttons alot with rapid presses (sometimes tapping it quite hard) like an arcade stick. what would this do to the hardware if anything?

LOL! Or crush your keyboard with a fist after being pwned in CS:S. Seriously, in my younger years I went through keyboards quite frequently after testing their rigidity and construction with a well-aimed downward smash.

If you're really, really worried get an external RF/bluetooth keyboard. Those things cost around $30- each, almost disposeable. Much cheaper than a replacement laptop keyboard.

An obscure company called Thanko even has a mini Bt keyboard that will fit very nicely in a laptop case.
