    Which keys are connected to the same track?

    Everything works except the following keys: F11, F12, NUM LK, PRNT SCRN, INSERT, DELETE, HOME, UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, END

    no one will be able to tell you.

    You need:
    1- check if the connection between the keyboard and th motherboars are loose.
    2- if no loose connection and resetting the keyboard cable doesn't fix your problem, get a cheap working keyboard and use it to test your laptop.
    3- if the new keyboard has the same problem as the old one that it is likely that you motherboard is faulty.

    I has the same problem in my first laptop after three years of use. I bought a second keyboad from ebay and my problem was not fix... diagnosys faulty motherboard connection which could be fixed only by resoldering... not having the necessary skills I bought another laptop and sold my old one as parts.

    P.S. if you laptop is still under warranty let Dell fix it.
