    Is there anyone besides Lenovo that make a USB keyboard with a pointing stick or trackpoint as Lenovo calls it?

    The Dell Latitude and Precision series have pointing sticks, although in my experience they do not work quite as smoothly as those of the Thinkpads.

    I also know Toshiba has some models with them, but I've never used one myself.
