    I see a lot of bad press about all the other sandforce controlled drives but rarely this one. Are they less prone to the BSOD problems or is it just because it's not as popular?
    Probably buying an Crucial M4, hoping that the new 5200hr error will be fixed, but was curious because the Kingston drive seems to have good reviews on the nuevoegg site.

    Well, the 830 is higher in price. The other option I was thinking about was the Plextor M3S series. Seems to have the same controller as the M4 but at a lower price on average.

    I am with 120 gb hyperx and i am very happy with it.I have it for 3-4 months and no problem so far.
