What is the advantage of Kingston HyperX memory? I currently have ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820134770) and I was wondering whether Kingston HyperX would be worth it to upgrade to or if there is even any advantage to doing so. Thanks for the help.

Kingston HyperX is extremely overpriced. You could go for the lower latency modules from G.Skill or OCZ. The only extra feature in the HyperX modules is a heatsink on the top-spec modules. (Not worth it IMO)
And, HyperX won't provide a noticeable difference in performance as compared to your current modules. -
forget it. it's actually a bit faster because of it's lower timings but definitely negligible because you'll hardly notice the difference
check here for some benchmarks -
the actual performance difference between lower latency memory and standard latency memory is barely even noticeable in synthetic benchmarks. A member posted a few days back on this.
His CL6 PC6400 had a memory bandwidth of near 5400mb/sec, the CL5 had like a 50 mb/sec performance increase, which is less than 1%.
In real life you will not notice any difference at all.
Just buy the cheapest memory you can find with a lifetime warranty.
most memory with heatsinks is no good anyways. Usually the heatspreaders make the cards so thick that they do not fit into the system. (when the memory cards are located so they are ontop of each other)

There is no real advantage with faster memory, you won't notice any difference. If you're gonna upgrade, upgrade to more amount of memory and chose those who is the cheapest with lifetime warranty as said.

@all,
Thanks for the help. Sticking with the memory I have now, no use wasting money. -
I have the HyperX as shown in my sig. No noticeable speed increase from my older memory which was one tick slower in CAS timings. Even synthetic benchmarks don't show consistently increased performance. Skip it - I wouldn't have gotten this myself if it wasn't paid for by work.
