There is a deal for a Kingston 128gb v100 with everything to transfer the hardrive over and I was wondering if it was worth it for $128?

Karamazovmm Overthinking? Always!
hell yeah, its a good drive with a toshiba controller, although not the fastest kid on the block its a good drive (same speeds as the x25m or 320)

I had v100 256gb before, the seq reads were up to the mark however the writes reduced drastically in just 2 days of use. After Installing the drive crystaldiskmark showed around 170-180mb/s write. However the next day they were reduced to 50mb/s. May be my drive was faulty so I returned it and got M4 256gb and it has been a while and it is running smoothly not a single glitch.

I think this is the link to that deal- there is a $60 rebate needed to get that price. ($128)

Have the version above in my netbook. Nice budget drive if desire nice boost over a spinner. As mentioned, nice drive, just not the fastest one out there. Been using mine for about a year now no issues.
