    there in no difference. they are the same thing dont worry about it. both are 667 dont let the 5400 spec fool you its just the way ocz names them they are the same thing, i use the ocz ram in most of my notebooks because its usually the cheapest i have never had a single issue

    I prefer OCZ because they have a cooler logo. Their desktop components are also very good so I just stick with them.

    I have been running OCZ ram in my notebook for a few months now, no problems. the 5400 spec is just the way they round the numbers and they rounded up to make it look better.
