I may buy a Lenovo Y580 then upgrade the screen to AOU matte 95% gamut. As far as I have read the hardware maintance manuals, for the Y480 (1366x768) it states LCD CABLE W/ WEBCAM CABLE meaning 30 pins LCD and 10 pins webcam I highly believe.
For the Y580 (1366x768 & 1920x1080) it states two parts LCD FOR SINGLE and LCD FOR DUAL.
I suspect the Single is for 1366x768 screen 30 pins with the webcam cable 10 pins. And the Dual is for 1920x1080 40 pins with an extra cable for webcam only. Correct me if I'm wrong there.
Another question, what does screen rating mean ? I found an " A" screen

I believe you are mostly correct. For notebooks with multiple LCD options, there are often two different cables, needed for different screen resolutions. "Single" and "dual" refer to the number of channel on the LVDS cable. Dual channel is needed for screen with a resolution of 1600x900 and higher, hence the different cabling.
LVDS cables usually have 40 pins, not all of which are connected. The webcam cable, I believe, is a totally different and separate cable. At least it was that way on my 8460p.
Screen ratings refer to quality level/control, and the (maximum) number of dead pixel. The existing grades are A+, A, B and C. I do not know the exact values. -
Aaah man thank you, let's say I'm going to replace with a 1080p, that will certainly go with the Dual. But then where is the webcam cable >< because on the Y480, it states the LVDS cable is together with the webcam (this was the case for earlier variant of this series -1366x768- as well)

Alas, that I cannot say. When I upgraded the screen on my Elitebook, the webcam cable was included with the lvds cable. You might or might not be able to re-use your current webcam cable, I do not know if those are different. You should probably enquire at Lenovo (or wherever you purchase the cable) to know if it is bundled.
