Sorry im a completeenoob when it comes to monitors so hench me question:
What is so special about LED Backlight with monitor's? Ive seen notebooks have it, in what do they differ from eg my current laptop whitch have glare slightly mirrors?

LED-backlit monitors usually use less power than the more common backlights which use cold-cathode fluorescent lights. Also, if the LED backlight uses arrays of red/green/blue LEDs it can have far superior color rendering than the usual white backlights.

thx for explaining

I can safely say that my RGBLED has a good colour range, whether it's accurate or not is another question though

I don't think all led backlit monitors are RGBLEDs. I think my monitor just have regular white LEDs.
