How much more battery life can you get with a LED based laptop, 5%, 10%?

I recall reading that the premium SZ's with LED-backlit screens get about half an hour to hour more battery life than the non-premium SZ's, so that seems like a somewhat reliable indicator. Half an hour to an hour more of battery life on top of what a similar laptop with a non-LED backlit screen would get.

It would probably vary from laptop to laptop though. And that SZ is also with a 13.3" screen..... not sure what the difference would be with, say, a 15.4" LED-backlit screen.

Yeah, must have been talking about something else. Less power consumption is one of the noted features of LED-backlighting.
