I recently bought the LG T1, I love it, however it came with only 1GB of memory.

I was trying to figure out how to upgrade the memory, without breaking the whole laptop.

    Thanks in advance.
    Cheers, Elad.

is there a manual that comes with it it usually has a picture diagram of the back of the laptop and where the memory is located if not you can find it online...

usually its a panel with 2-4 screws on it.. just unscrew those and GENTLY lift out the memory sticks.. and replace it.. i am, however, not familar with the lg t1... so i cannot tell you what memory is compatible with it nor how much you can stick into it.. you can get these specs from the manufacture (just ask what the max memory is what what mhz and company is compatible)... its prob on the website lol.. its really simple to replace and add memory if you need more help private message me i will be glad to help. MAKE sure you de-staticize your hands before you start work easiest way to do this is to touch UNFURNISHED metal. or you can buy special grounding braclets so you dont fry your system :D

Thanks for your response. to me it was between the LG and the sagar too.

I wish it was that simple...

There is a picture in the back of memory covering 4 screws, but there isn't any plastic that come off since the whole back is 1 piece. I tried taking off all the screws, but the laptop will not open without taking off the monitor too. I was worried to do that, since I can damage the laptop or lose the warantte.

This is the first laptop that I see, that they made it so hard to upgrade the memory, which is funny since it is such a common thing.

    Cheers, Elad.
