Hello guys
I have tablet which has msata ssd LITEONIT LMT-128M3M but...
I have purchaed Crucial M4 CT256M4SSD3 before it is 256GB
but , is it better than LiteON ?

If you go by benchmarks - no, the M4 will not be 'better'.
Real world use though is another story: 256GB always trounces 128GB... from a performance and usability viewpoint.
Even so, I would not be tempted to upgrade a tablet... a horror story waiting to happen.
See:
AnandTech | Microsoft Surface Pro mSATA SSD Upgrade: Dangerous but Successful
No matter what tablet you'll be upgrading; it won't be a walk in the park.
Good luck. -

Huh, much easier to do than I expected - still lot's of opportunity to fry the unit.
When did he disconnect the battery? I hope I just missed it (and it hope it was the first thing he did...
Well, didn't know which tablet it was - thanks for the link!
(the wrong aspect video made me chuckle too...). -
Personally i think real usage wont be noticed if i swap ssd .. still performnce will be great and with twice more space . -

Thanks (battery info).
Yeah, since this is a tablet, I would agree that the performance difference will be very hard to tell. -
i meant btw these two ssd's .. we would hardly notice difference..
btway here is another disassemble link : Acer Iconia Tab W700 -

The cpu performance is better than I expected, but it will still not be enough to easily resolve SSD differences.
See:
PassMark - Intel Core i5-3337U @ 1.80GHz - Price performance comparison
That is why they are tested on O/C'd Quad Core or Hex Core (8/12 threads) setups to see the real potential difference between SSD's. -

I don't rely on it at all except for quick responses on forums - but it is a quick and dirty way to a single point of comparison for brute/raw processor power between different systems.
(And I'm rating this cpu low on the overall scale because it is barely ~70% faster than the over 3.5 year old i3 350M I know - or looked another way - it is almost 4x slower than a currently available mobile cpu).
So yeah, it will limit the performance of all the sub systems attached (including the SSD). -
OK Mate that is your opinion..
