    Guys,

I bought a barebone clevo laptop which supports different cpus (all 35 nm) and I found another cpu with same FSB, socket, pin, but only it 65 nm cpu.

Question is if 65 nm based cpu will fit into laptop which officially supports cpus with 35 nm .

    Thanks

There aren't any 35nm processors on the market. You must be talking about 45nm. That being said, what is the make and model of your laptop, and of the relevant processors? Chances are that a switch from a 45nm processor to a 65nm processor (assuming same socket, etc) will work, but why would you want to do that?

Their are no 35nm processors, do you mean 45nm?

Usually a system which supports 65nm processors will have a bios update available to support 45nm processors.

As long as the processors have the same socket, which I am assuming is socket P, and the laptop has a bios update supporting 45nm processors, the cpu will work fine.

Sorry for confuse. Yes it is 45nm: T9400/T9600, P9500, P8400/P8600 cpus are supported by the barebone.

and I want to put there Core 2 Duo Moblie T5450, which has the same socket P. So i will have a try.

    Thanks for answers :)

If it'll work with the T9400, T9600, etc, it will definitely work with the T5450, no question, really.
