Hello everybody,
I own a Toshiba x775 q7272 which has a 2d capable 60 hz monitor. there is a 3d version exactly the same in size and connections. And I want to replace it with a 3d version but:
1- Will it work with my laptop or the screen model is something encoded into bios or something?
2- Will 3d work? And my screen resolution is normally 1600x900 but the 3d screen is not only 120 hz but also 1920x1080.
Thanks in advance.

This is something quite specific and i don't think it's been attempted before. I seem to recall an Asus rep, posting on NBR, in Asus Gaming that it wasn't feasible to upgrade a non 3d G73 with a 3d lcd.
If i had to take a guess, i'd say it's probably a no go, but it's only a guess. -
