Nope. Localized keyboards are available only in their respective countries. You can either contact a local dealer to get a price quotation on a desired laptop, or purchase the laptop from the states and buy a localized keybard (should any be available) and do the switch yourself/in an authorized center.

Many manufacturers will have same keyboard but different language keyboards, you just need the part numbers.

That' right. You can always try to call manufacture and get the part number for your Italian keybord. However, if it is a Toshiba don't waste your time. I've got forwareded to 3 diffrent costumers before they finally took a note of my problem. They said they were going to call me but .... about 2-3 months they said that, still nothing.. Oh wait? It is Toshiba nvm.

lol I hate Toshibas but their Parts look up ASP login is very good, it gives you every available for that model, INCLUDING different language keyboards and their P/N descriptions actually make sense vs Acer/Gateway/eMachines and HP/Compaq.

    Hi.
    You may try Dell.
Roughly two years ago, a friend ordered a laptop with french keyboard and Windows from Dell Germany. Of course, such a configuration is not listed on their website, so you need to order by phone.

I am not sure if all local Dell branches are able or willing to sell such a "non-local" configuration.

    No. :D
