This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I like to build a laptop and need the enclosure.

    I think you mean Barebone. They are the shell of the notebook. You have to add the cpu/hdd/ram/sometimes ODD/software including OS and wireless card.

    Fill out the Faq and post it WNSIB(what notebook should i buy( section of the forum and mention that you want an barebone so that we can help you better.
