Laptop is asus u45jc-a1. I had this issue a while back but then it went away. Its the very annoying beeping sound thats very loud and im sure many of you had heard of this problem.

Someone suggested its a hardware issue. Would this most likely be the case because i have an issue where i connect the laptop to a monitor by vga cable, the monitor would randomly turn off when on the computer? This happen with every monitor that i used.

Someone said it could be overheating or dust inside the computer? I never opened the computer ever as i dont know how but i did have a friend install an ssd and ram into it a while back.

This last part if you never cleaned out the dust or reapplied the thermal paste is why you get constant beeping alerts. Time to study up on your computer and dissemble it and do a through dusting out and reapplied the thermal paste otherwise your looking at a expensive paper weight. Look online and someone most likely has a similar laptop and you can follow from there on how to dissemble and clean your computer. It's no excuse to know how to maintain your computer in this day and age when knowledge is at your finger tips to lookup and see how it is done.

    exactly.
needs fans and vents cleaned out every 3-6 months with compressed air.

imagine how much space there is in there (not much) and fans are continuously spinning which pulls cold air in to keep hardware cool. this is also causing dust to stick in all the nooks and cranny's.

download core temps and gpu-z from my link below and run them in the background. i reckon your hitting mid to high 90c which will cause hardware failure in the long run.

could also be a hard drive beep.

can you record it and post it to you tube and then link it on here so we can hear it.

    edit:

    just saw your user name.

change of plan. chuck it as soon as you get your new sager laptop :)
