I'm new to this forum & trying to repair my Sony PCG-GRT360ZG DC jack (I've got the replacement jack) but finding disassembly a problem---specifically how do you disconnect the little white plugs from the cooling fan? I tried pulling on them but they don't pull off easily and I'm afraid to pull too hard, either by hand or with a needlenose pliers, in fear of breaking the wires going to the plug. Can anyone please help me with this? Thanks in advance

You have to pull it off, but i think you're just too gently doing it. There is no other way of doing it really. If you don't have edges where you can bend it up with something that goes between the connectors.
