Does anyone have any experience with SATA 2 express card(34/54) with SATA external Hard drives(The SATA 2 compatible ones)?
Is it as fast as it should be?
Is it stable like firewire and usb2?

the PCI express cards have a max speed of 2.5gbs so they should run at full speed because its highly unlikly even two HDs will use that speed anytime soon. As for stability I would say it would be more stable than USB.
