I am posting this with an exception to Processor chips.

I want to know if there is any difference in performance...

    1.Now,There are 2.5" HD (laptops) & 3.5" HD (desktops)

What is the difference between them?
Both HD have same Speeds ..So whats the difference in their performance? (if any)

2.Also, For Memory Devices There are DIMM RAMs (desktop) & SODIMM (Laptop)
Both RAMs have same memory capacity...same speed. So whats the difference in their performance? (if any)

3.5" HD have higher density platters, and access time as a result is still a bit lower. Data transfer speeds are also higher on 3.5" drives.

No difference in performance for RAM. The chipsets usually end up being the main limiting factor here.

The difference for the memory is laptop memory's physical size is only half of that of a regular desktop memory chip.

Yes, there is. For the reasons stated above, 2.5" laptop HDD's are always going to be slower than a desktop 3.5" HDD.
