Anybody has a good suggestion for a TV-tuner for my laptop? I have a Sager NP5793...

Either USB2.0, ExpressCard or MINI PCIe is acceptable...

I have 2 different Pinnacle USB tuners, both are pretty good if you use WMC. Their own software is extremely slow and bad.

USB tuners made by MSI are also said to be good.

I use a Hauppauge, but it is USB. I would be worried about heat if the device was in a slot. The tuner does get a little warm.

Also, I need to use an external antenna, so the USB dongle stays connected to the antenna.

    This?

But this is much less expensive, if you have digital TV available.

Well I do have digital TV available, but only through a decoder. So analogue is my only option currently. The Hauppauge 1400 looks nice, only con is that it doesn't come with a remote...

Also it says it supports "analogue TV", but are we talking about NTSC or PAL?

I've got a Hauppauge HVR-950Q USB tuner that works great.

The hardware for TV tuners is pretty standardized. It's the software you need to pay attention to.
