Hi again =P I guess I'm just curious people and if someone can answer me this questions I'll be very thankfull =D

First of all, you know when you buy a plasma TV they adverstise you how much contrast it has (like i.e 10000:1 contrast. Or 700:1 contrast on some LCDs... i don't know, just examples). Into notebooks, is there a way to know how much contrast yours have?

As I'm buying a sony with xbrite hi-color I'm particullary interested in knowing how well it compares agains other screens in therms of contrast.. does anyone knows?

And secondly, I've seen some notebook makers advertise how much brightness does their screens have, like 330 cd or something. How can i know how much does my laptop have and how much is considered "good"??
