I'm searching for a specific part for my laptop (replacement palm rest) and I came across this site offering the part I needed at an incredibly low price. Just want to know how credible it is because the site looks a little suspect (ugly interface).

Try this site. I ordered from them and everything went smoothly.

Don't go by the look of the site (just like they say don't judge a book by its cover). Look around to see what sort of security they have in terms of purchasing and shipping. Most of these aren't huge corporations with professionaly designed websites. Their just small companies that want to reach more people by going online rather than just a local store.
