Hi everyone,
sorry if i am posting on the wrong zone but i wanted to ask you guys something..
I wanted to buy a Laptop ( Fujitsu Lifebook AH530 GFX bei notebooksbilliger.de ) but when i searched about this Laptop some Websites say that this pc comes with a "external graphic card". This is going to sound really stupid but i searched that on google and the only thing i found its something like a "external dvd player" BUT I saw some videos on youtube from this laptop and i dint saw any "external box"
You guys have any idea?
Thank you![]()

Meant is that the laptop has a dedicated GPU card. It is not external - it is internal in the laptop, but not integrated in the CPU.

External graphics cards do exist, in a sense, but they are expensive and annoying. http://forum.notebookreview.com/gaming-software-graphics-cards/397667-lets-figure-out-how-make-diy-vidock.html will get you started if you really want to look into them, but in this particular case, Gracy is right - the specs listed refers to a dedicated GPU.

Ok, thank you so much

Edit: Btw Gracy, i see on your sig. "and never again" to a Fujitsu... are they bad :[ ? Because i am about to buy one lol -

I personally would never buy Fujitsu again. The quality corresponds to a price that should be lower even than Acer. But there are also people who are satisfied. I guess it is all a matter of expectations. If you need it for a few months only it might even not crack or break if you are luckyLast page of the first thread above contains my story shortly told

An external graphics card would be real slow because they aren't connected to the mobo.
