I got an off lease (refurb) Dell Latitude x300 yesterday, and in the description, it noted that it didn't include an internal wireless card. So, I picked up a compatible mini-pci card to throw in it when it arrived. Problem is... when I connect the pci card, the laptop won't boot. Take it out and it's fine, put in in and it wont. I even booted it up with it out, and snapped it in while it was running, and it almost immediately shut down.

I've never seen or heard of this problem before, but the fact that it came without internal wireless is very suspicious now. Any thoughts? is it the wireless card? Is it the laptop? Is it something else? Any help is appreciated.
