My Laptop does not have an S video port, it just has VGA Port and My TV suppors only A/V cable(Cable with Red and White wires for Audio and one Yello wire for Video) and not the Video Component Cable(Cable with red, blue and green wires).

please let me know how can I connect the VGA port of my Laptop to A/V Port of TV.

Will i just need a Cable to convert this or some specific device too...

here are two things you can do there are probably more but here are two ideas. you can get a vga to s-video like this http://cgi.ebay.com/VGA-to-RCA-Composite-S-Video-Adapter-Cable-for-PC-TV_W0QQitemZ120432290804QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item1c0a52ebf4&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=65:12|66:2|39:1|72:1234|240:1318|301:1|293:1|294:50
or you can get something like this http://www.smarthome.com/images/7743dgmbig.jpg both of these can work but im sure there are more thing people have come up with. but good luck.

You'll need the converter box. The VGA to composite cable only works on some desktop video cards.

Only use this for movies or DVDs as reading text will become a favourite past time of yours.

As I see it there isn't really any other option if you want to display on your TV from your laptop.
