I just bought E420 laptop and I do the backup using ThinkVantage Factory Recovery DIsks connected to my external hard drive, it finished smoothly, then I look the contents of my external hard drive and the backup is there (showing the boot and factoryrecovery folder and winRE.wim), but the problem all my files in our external hard drive seems have been deleted after doing the backup...There's no message that your file in your hard drive or USB will be deleted prior to do the process, and also you can choose where you going to store the backup... Any change to retrieve the files in our external hard drive that have been deleted??? appreciate if someone can help me...
