I found the documentation for removing the 5 in 1 Card Reader from the Standard Lenovo T410s.

    http://download.lenovo.com/ibmdl/pub/pc/pccbbs/mobiles_pdf/45m2271_02.pdf

However this documentation does not apply to the Mtouch Nvidia enabled T410s. The 5 in 1 Card Reader is not removable on this model!

I spent two hours removing all the components necessary to remove the system board. The T410s with Nvidia/MTouch has a different mother board configuration then the Standard T410s. The card reader is soldered onto the motherboard and cannot be removed, the Nvidia card is soldered into where a PCI-E slot would be. So if you have the Mtouch with Discrete NVidia card you are stuck with the card reader.
