So yeah, as the title suggests i own a lenovo uhd 1tb f309 external harddrive,
I mainly use it to see some video lectures stored on it(hardly taking 500gb).
And now sometimes clicking sound comes from it, they are very rare, like 3 clicking sounds per 30 minutes.
Is my hard drive faulty? Or its just normal? It is covered in warranty, and when i went to lenovo service centre, they told me to come when my HDD FAILS!! I dont feel that very prompt though.

See what CrystalDisk Info says or even try Lenovo utility to set higher spindown time. I believe its an issue with too much lower spindown time and any small load or R/W will cause the drive to spin-up again. And its a laptop or 2.5" drive with 5400rpm.

I used EaseUs software, and as per it there is no errors, and with any software the spindowntime cant be changed as it is a external hard drive, which has to be connected via a usb port
.
I am really angry at this hard disk now, it has geiven me more trouble then my chemistry Home work.

That is Windows chkdsk and not SMART readings. Use CrystalDisk Info or HD Sentinel.
Organic or inorganic chem?
I can be of little help in Physics. -
Yeah, the health bar in crystaldisk shows "Good".
And PMed you about physics

If you do not open any warranty seals, you should be good for an exchange for a new drive. As far as clicking sounds, here are some good recent blogs to read on.
