Being an owner of a Thinkpad T43, I noticed that I use the keyboard LED light quite often (especially on the plane). Besides Lenovo and Macbook Pros, are there any other brands out there that make laptops that allows us to see the keyboard in the dark?

    Thanks,
    Adrian

Not that I know of, though there are some handy USB lights that you can use.

EDIT: I think the Dell D630-ATG does, but that is expensive... :eek2:

There aren't any other built in illuminated keyboards, unless you invest in an LCD light. Modding it is out of the question as well.

the new hp tablet has one of those...but it's not out yet. you could always get a small lamp to clip on the top of your notebook...
