I have an HP dv6000 laptop. Whenever I shut down or hibernate, the computer will not power back up---unless I leave it on AC for at least one hour. I get the same result with or without the battery pack installed. HP diagnostics indicates battery is good and fully charged. Once system re-starts, computer functions fine without any problems. Any ideas?
