I currently own a DGL-4300 and run my home network off of it.

I have two computers, my laptop which is on a wired connection and then my desktop which is on a wireless connection.

Herein lies the problem, whereas my router is nice my wireless adapter for my desktop is a piece of junk. Poor signal quality, disconnections, slow speeds, dropped packets, numerous errors etc.

Can anyone recommend a good wireless adapter that uses PCI since I'm on an AGP motherboard? I heard that the Atheros Wireless Chipset was extremely good, but I'm having difficulty narrowing my choices down.

I currently have comcast cable and average around 900 KBps download and 175 KBps upload.

    What I'm looking for:

    - PCI Interface (Not PCI-E, its an AGP motherboard)
    - Strong signal
    - Stable
    - Reliable
    - Cost under $50

    Any help is appreciated

    Thanks!
