    I want to replace my mSata 240GB with a new 500GB (480/500/512 doesn't matter).
    I don't care whether it's a 2.5 or an mSata drive.
Most important thing is that I want it to produce as less heat as possible.
I will use it for my Clevo W230ST as my only drive.
Obviously I want it to be as cheap as possible.

    Thanx in advance.

Where are you located? If you're in the U.S. the goal is certainly an attainable one, price-wise...

    If you prefer AMAZON http://www.amazon.com/Samsung-2-5-Inch-SATA-Internal-MZ-7TE1T0BW/dp/B00E3W16OU

Not sure if you care but the Sammy has TLC memory, which means its longevity may be shorter than MLC and SLC drives
