I'm looking for an external USB notebook TV tuner card for my desktop. I prefer the portability of an external tuner over a PCI card. Does anyone know of a good model? Do those Dell Inspiron tuner cards work with Vista MCE?

You should get one of the adaptec dual tuner ones off eBay. Hp rebranded them, but they are adaptec. If you search more into it, you will find the drivers for Vista are delivered via windows update. Check it out. For an external analog usb tuner, I've heard they work quite sweet. You probably will not find one more compatible. Search for adaptec dual-tuner. You will find it.
