Are there ever any good deals on this stuff? the ddr2 stuff is CHEAP. But us ddr guys are getting screwed.
So the qustion is... is now just as god of a time as another to upgrade my ram? or should i wait for a sale. do sales happen all that often? I dont feel like spending $130 a stick. $75 for ddr2 is more like it.
thanks

I doubt that the prices will go down $100 for the 1GB DDR modules any time soon. They have been hovering around the $100 - $130 mark for the past 2 - 3 months. Keep an eye on Newegg, ZZF, procegrabber, they do run some rebates every now and then or you can get one on ebay sometimes you can strike a pretty good deal.

In case anyone cares this is the best price that I have found for DDR400 1GB sticks. And it's corsair!

Newegg has some OCZ with a rebate, but even after the rebate this stuff is a hair cheaper.
I dont know if I should pounce on it or not. And if your right, the price will go no where but up. Heck look at the prices of SDRAM for example
Looking for a good deal on a gig of sodimm ddr400
