Are you looking for a portable external hard drive or a larger one. You're going to have a really hard time finding any portal ones with a firewire port I think.
I just did a quick search on Amazon and found this: Western Digital My Book Studio Edition 500 GB.
Note that I own the My Book Home Edition and these hard drives aren't very small. But this one seems like it has a firewire 800 port. -
For 2.5" i would recommend the Seagate Freeagent Go Mac:

I use a Lacie at home that has both Firewire 400 and 800. Looks great and is very quiet

For 2.5" version also take a look at the WD Passport Studio. It comes with a FW800 connection as well as USB.
