    Hi,

I'm patiently awaiting my new XPS m1330 laptop computer. It ships with 1GB RAM memory. I'm planning to upgrade that to at least 2GB.
Now my questions are: Does anybody know what king of 1GB is there in the m1330? 1x1GB or maybe 2x512MB ? I guess if it's 1x1GB it's enough that I buy another 1GB module right?
Now what kind of memory do I need? 200pin DDR2 laptop memory right? What about the FSB frequencies? I know nothing about that.

Maybe you guys know some good deals on memories for laptops? Some websites with good prices? Actually I'll be buying 3 GB all together - for myself and 2 of my friends (we all got the m1330).
Is newegg or Fry's any good?

    Thanks for help!

RAM deals section on this site. Unless you payed extra for 1 stick it comes 2X512MB, 200pin DDR2 5300/5400 (667Mhz) SODIMM. Newegg gets good feedback on this site.

Yep, the XPS comes with 2x512.

I ordered 2 gigs off of Newegg a while ago for 84$ after shipping and as always Newegg shipped it right away. I've had nothing but great experiences with them. :)
