after taking off and putting back my whole laptop, I am starting to have this problem. Wireless connection works fine when my benq s41 is on battery. But it loses connection when it's plugged into ac power. What is the problem?

    thank you, please help :)

Go to the power settings of your laptop and go to advanced.

Under different power profiles there is the option to turn off wireless while your computer is either on battery or AC. There is a good chance that the setting that you're using has wireless off on AC checked.

Thanks Szat but that didn't work. The weird thing is when wireless, a LOT of wireless networks could be found. When ac power is plugged in, only about nothing to 2 really weak signaled networks could be found. (unfortunately my network isn't there) Any other solutions? :(

Hmm....sorry, there isn't really much else that I could think about. Maybe uninstall your wireless drivers and then get newer ones.

Also, post in the subforum specific to your laptop's manufacturer and you may get more useful help that way.
