I bought an Acer Aspire VN7-791G-576X.
It has an Intel Core i5-4210H, 8GB DDR3L, 1TB Hybrid-HDD and an empty slot for a M.2 SSD.
I want to upgrade the memory to 2x8GB by adding a Crucial 8GB PC3-12800 module and get a 256GB M.2 SSD for Windows and my programs.
The store where I want to buy it has 3 options:
    Crucial SSD MX200, 250GB, M.2 2280, €122
    Plextor M6G-2280 256GB M.2, €133
    Samsung 850 EVO 250GB M.2, €133
Which one should I get and why?

The Crucial, because it's based on MLC NAND and is cheaper and actually performs good. Stay away from anything made my Samsung! Avoid them like the plague especially their garbage line of EVOs which is based on TLC NAND.

The Plextor has MLC NAND so that's not a problem.. I don't think you can go wrong with Plextor.. Give it a shot.. Crucial MX200 is used by everyone so we'll get some data/info about the Plextor from you :)

I would recommend Plextor I have experience with M5M's and M6M's and they are very good + acceptable price..
But if you buy crucial it is more less same ..
Windows will alter the speeds the way as it wants there won't be huge difference ..

I concur. The Plextor mSATA SSD's I have used have been rock solid.
