    hello,
I have M17xR4 Alienware I want to upgrade it in small portions, what would be the best way to go about it.
    Right now it’s running
    16gb ram
    i7 3720qm @2.60Ghz 2.60 GHz
    GeForce Gtx 660m
Back in day when I bought it was perfect and played a lot of different games, it was sitting for last 3-4 years decided to do minor gaming sometime. Any help will be much appreciated. Also it has windows 7 should I keep it or upgrade to 10. Thanks a bunch

i started with ram and maxed it out with some decent speed ram BUT, i also chose a set with a lower "CL" rating/number. then i did a 1tb mSata SSD AND i installed a DVD drive to HDD bay converter with a 2TB 2.5" HDD.

Then i did an i7 black edition, the fastest or second fastest you can get for it. THEN I Fed UP AA-RON, i bought a GTX980M when i could have bought a GTX1070N which is twice as fast. then i bought an 10CFM CPU fan and Liquid-metal TIM, Then i bought an upgraded heatsink for the CPU.
