I may be wrong, but it think you need to go to a PURE UEFI setup to get the Maxwell and Pascal GPU's to work. If you still have your old GPU, stick that in, make sure the settings are in a PURE UEFI mode, and then swap GPU's again.

Do you still have the old graphics card? I'm guessing you upgraded to a 980M.

Well, what you need is the old GPU, with the old GPU, you can guarantee get into the BIOS and adjust the settings.

Edit: It seems that you're not a native English speaker, If you feel comfortable using your native language, I might be able to use a translator to speak to you.

Take the 980M out of the Laptop, you should be able to boot due to the CPU having integrated graphics.

After you boot into the BIOS, make sure SECURE BOOT is OFF and that it its UEFI, not LEGACY.

Ok, Have you tried taking the CMOS battery out for about 10 minutes, then putting it back in? That restores the BIOS to its default state.

If I were to guess, something is probably wrong with the display cable or motherboard.

Alright, then you're going to have to figure out how to re-write that BIOS chip. Though, I'm surprised that the NVRAM reset didn't work
