The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Don't know if this was asked already but since the MBP is based on Intel and use 667MHz DDR2 (PC2-5300) SO-DIMM - I can get an additional 1GB from vendors like NewEgg etc.. and install it with no problem, correct? :confused: Apple is selling the 1GB for 300 and the 2GB for 600 - I smell money making opportunity here if that's the case :D
