Ok, first post and all to ask.
I was wondering what kind of UPGRADES can I make to my MD95334. I already have 1Gb, but can I change the graphic chip? maybe the processor?
If I can, what would you recomend? I know I sound a lil NEWBIE, but is the first laptop I have. I always used desktop pc and never wondered about laptops and stuff.
So.. what you say? can you give me a hand?

Upgrading the graphics is impossible as far as I know.

The CPU you could upgrade to 2.00 or 2.13 but I don't think it's really worthwhile. An alternative would be pinmodding or overclocking. Others can tell you more about that.

Upgrading your hard drive will also give a speed boost. Consider the Samsung HM160HC, the fastest ATA drive.

If you're running XP there is usually no point in upgrading the memory beyond 1GB, unless you use memory intensive applications.

If you are looking to upgrade your graphics card, the answer is no. Intel Graphics Media Accelerators are integrated graphics cards, meaning they are a chipset soldered onto the motherboard. They are not removable or upgradeable.
You can change the amount of memory allocated to it through display properties.
Right click the desktop background, go to "properties"
than go to the "settings" tab
In that tab you will see an "advanced" button
    click that
A new window will open, and in one of those tabs you will be able to configure the amount of memory that can be allocated for the graphics card to use.

Please note that increasing the memory for the graphics card will decrease the amount of memory available for the rest of the system.

For other upgrades, Phil answered your question.
The Pentium M780 is the fastest cpu you can install in their. Its a 2.26Ghz PM.
and the best harddrive you can install is the Samsung HM160HC
Here is my review of that harddrive:
